The Legacy Collection and Zine

The Legacy Collection

The Legacy Collection is a living tribute to the ancestors.

through the expression of my queer-ass, free ass life I allow the ancestors who are me to live out loud.

The Legacy Zine is 55 pages of poetry, Black history lessons, hot visuals, three original knitting patterns, and a playlist of over 5 and a half hours of a deep dive into country music.

The Zine is living too, depending on when you downloaded it, you may have slightly different wording that others.

There have also been many requests for a print version, which may or may not be in the works.

Additional designs may also be released at a later date. (We will see how you behave ;)

For now, please enjoy some additional poetry that will not be added at this time to the zine, but is still very much a part of this body of work.

Do not read on if you don’t want to read spicy words.

Can I put my mouth on you?

start from below

work my way up

and tear your walls down?

The way you shudder as I brush your hairline

smile at how proud of it you are.

I love that I get to see you like this.

Morning, exhausted, shaking.

Kiss your pleasure off my lips.

Look me in the eye.

The same ones too shy averting in public.
