Life is the process of letting things go and letting them go again. We can let go in the body, the mind, let go emotionally, or let go of things that are outside of us. When we let go, we make room for things to flow. Holding on, clinging and gripping tightly only causes suffering. That doesn't mean that letting go won’t be without its difficulty, but at least you make space for your healing when you let go.

May this be a reminder, whenever you see it, to be easy, like an exhale, letting go and softening.

The Original artwork is made with glass beads, wool and silk on hand dyed cotton canvas, it is a part of the tarot deck I am creating with punch needle embroideries.
